We share it only with providers who help us operate the practice and are required to protect it; when required by law or to protect the safety of our patients and staff; or as part of a transfer of the practice, in which case this policy continues to apply.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep contact information for as long as you remain on our list or as needed to respond to you. Patient records are kept for the periods required by North Carolina and federal law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
